Pricing

Get pricing for your network

Per port, per month, with no upfront license fee and no lock-in. Tell us how many ports you run and what kind of charging it is, and a written quote is with you within one business day.

One question per step. No call needed.

Request pricing

Your ports

The rate is set per port, so this is the first thing the quote needs.

How many charging ports? (required)

Installed or planned. A port is one connector a car can charge from.

Your sites

How many locations the ports are spread across.

How many sites? (required)

A site is one location with its own supply, such as a car park, depot, or building.

AC or DC
AC, DC fast, or both? (required)

DC fast ports carry a higher rate than AC, so the mix sets the quote.

Hardware

Any OCPP 1.6J or 2.0.1 charger connects, whatever stage you are at.

How far along is the hardware? (required)
Charger models

Optional. Skip it if you do not know yet.

If you know them.

Your use case

The kind of charging decides whether a revenue share applies.

What kind of charging? (required)
Product

The base platform is always in.

What do you want quoted? (required)

White-label is an add-on, quoted as its own line. The REST API comes with Enterprise.

Modules
Modules to include (optional)

Each is quoted as its own line. Tick nothing if you are not sure, and we say what the site needs.

Where to send it

The quote comes by email.

Where the sites are, when you want to go live, anything unusual.

No newsletter, no sales sequence.

What is included

The base platform, and the modules on top

Everything a network needs to run is in the base. The modules are for what a site needs beyond that, and each one is a line you can see and drop.

In the base platform

Every network gets these on the per-port subscription. Nothing to switch on, no extra line.

  • OCPP control of any 1.6J or 2.0.1 charger
  • Sites: create them, add chargers, decide who sees what
  • Fixed user roles and new user creation
  • Real-time monitoring and alerts
  • RFID and access control
  • Tariffs, public and paid charging
  • Stripe payments and automated withdrawals
  • Reports
  • Audit logs
  • WattWisely driver app
  • Single sign-on via third-party providers, LDAP, or Active Directory
  • Email support

Paid modules and add-ons

Switched on per site and quoted as their own line, on either plan. Leave out any you do not need.

  • AI analytics for chargers: visualizations and reporting Module
  • Load management per site, dynamic load balancing Module
  • V2G, vehicle-to-grid Module
  • OCPI roaming Module
  • White-label driver app and dashboard Add-on
  • SIM connectivity for sites without a usable network Add-on
How it is priced

The shape of every quote

The numbers change with the network. The structure does not.

Per port, per month

You pay for the ports you run, public or private. DC fast ports carry a higher rate than AC. Month to month is the default; longer terms are optional and discounted.

Revenue share on public sessions only

Public paid sessions add a share of the revenue on top. Private charging — workplace, fleet, or residential, whether or not the driver pays — carries none.

Modules and add-ons as separate lines

Load management, AI analytics, V2G, OCPI roaming, white-label, and SIM connectivity are each quoted on their own line, so you see what each one costs and can leave any of them out.

What happens next

From request to quote

Here is exactly what follows when you send it.

  1. 1

    A person reads it

Your request goes to an EV infrastructure specialist, not a ticket queue. If something is unclear, we ask before we quote.

  2. 2

A quote, within one business day

The per-port rate for your mix, the revenue share if any applies, and each module as its own line. Nothing is bundled where you cannot see it.

  3. 3

Then, if you want, a demo

A 30-minute walkthrough of the live dashboard and driver app. If your chargers are already installed, we connect one of yours.

Questions

What operators ask us first

Why is there no price list?

Because the per-port rate depends on your mix of AC and DC fast ports, how many sites you run, and whether sessions are public. A single list price would be wrong for most networks or padded to cover all of them, so we quote each network instead.

What counts as a port?

A port is a single connector a driver can plug into and charge from. A dual-connector charger that can serve two vehicles at once counts as two ports; a unit with two cables that only ever charges one vehicle at a time counts as one.

What is in the base platform, and what is a module?

The base platform is everything a network needs to run: OCPP control of the chargers, sites and user roles, monitoring, access control, tariffs, payments, reports, and audit logs. Modules sit on top for what a site needs beyond that: load management per site, AI analytics for chargers, V2G, and OCPI roaming. Each module is switched on per site and quoted as its own line.

Do I need Enterprise to get a module?

No. The modules are the same on both plans, so a ten-port car park can add load management without moving to Enterprise. Enterprise is for large networks and white-label partners, and adds volume pricing, a dedicated contact with an SLA, the REST API and developer program, and the full white-label platform.

How does the revenue share work?

On public, paid sessions we take a share of the revenue on top of the per-port subscription. Private sessions — staff, residents, or fleet vehicles charging on a closed site, paid or not — carry no revenue share. The percentage is set in your quote and depends on your network size and mix.

Is payment processing included?

No. Payments run through Stripe, and Stripe’s standard processing fees are passed through at cost — we never mark them up. This applies on every plan.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month is the default, and you can stop at the end of any month. Longer commitments are optional and discounted; the quote shows the terms side by side.

Is there a free plan?

No. Every network pays the per-port subscription, public or private, and nothing else unless it adds a module, white-label, or SIM connectivity. What you avoid is an upfront license fee and a lock-in.

What do I need before I can go live?

OCPP-compatible chargers and a network connection at the site; if drivers pay, a bank account for withdrawals. Where a site has no usable local network, SIM connectivity is available as an add-on. Once your chargers are installed, connecting them is usually a same-day job.

Not sure which modules you need?

Describe the site and we tell you which modules it needs and which it does not. We would rather leave one off the quote than sell you something a site will not use.
