Let's talk EV charging
Whether you are connecting ten ports or planning a national rollout, tell us what you are working on. You will get a specialist, not a chatbot.
Prefer email? Write to info@wattwisely.com and it reaches the same people.
Send us a message
The more you can tell us up front, the more useful our first reply will be.
No black hole, no drip campaign
Here is exactly what follows when you press send.
-
1
A person reads it
Your message goes to an EV infrastructure specialist, not a ticket queue. We route it based on what you told us it is about.
-
2
We reply within one business day
Either with answers, or with the two or three questions we need before we can give you a straight one.
-
3
We show you the real thing
A 30-minute walkthrough of the live dashboard and driver app. No slide deck, and no obligation at the end of it.
Questions we get before the first call
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. If your message arrives over a weekend or a German public holiday, expect an answer on the next working day.
What should I have ready before a demo?
Roughly how many ports you run or plan to run, the charger makes and models involved, whether they are AC or DC, and whether the hardware is already installed. None of it is essential — it just means we can be specific rather than general.
Do you work outside Germany?
The platform is hosted, so it works anywhere your chargers have a network connection and speak OCPP.
I already have chargers from another vendor. Can I move?
Usually yes. Any OCPP 1.6J or 2.0.1 charger can be pointed at WattWisely by changing its backend URL, and no hardware needs replacing. Send us the makes and models and we will tell you what we have verified.
Is this the right place for a technical support issue?
Yes. Write from the email address on your account and include the charger ID and roughly when it happened; it reaches the same team, with the details they need to look straight at the right session.
